Our STory
Manders Properties traces its origins back to 1991 when Jeffery Raymond Manders began restoring neglected properties in downtown Dubuque. He was also operating Manders Quality Concrete at the time. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s Manders Properties offered duplexes, fourplexes, and commercial industrial space to residents and business owners. Manders Properties has since grown to offer apartments communities, campuses and historical conversions all throughout the Dubuque region.
